Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment please call the llocation in which your appointment is scheduled.

 

Email cancellations are not accepted.

More than 24 hours notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge.

​

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.

​

No-show or Same day cancellation: 100% of service price will be charged.

​

A same day Groupon or Living Social cancellation or no show will result in the voucher being redeemed and accepted at face value only.
